Going on new meds is really scary especially since all of my doctors are over 500 miles away. I finally finished weaning off my old migraine meds last night so I took my new ones tonight but now my blood pressure has gone all wonky (one of the possible side effects of my new meds is increased blood pressure but mine keeps going up and down so I’m not entirely sure what’s going on). There’s a possibility that my new migraine meds might interact with my beta blockers and cause palpitations, but for now my heart rate seems to be pretty steady and it’s actually relatively slow so that’s a good sign because usually when anything weird starts happening with my heart my tachycardia goes crazy. I guess I’m just gonna try to sleep for now because there’s not really much else I can do and hope that everything will be stabilized in the morning.

walking down the street or the hallway and seeing someone wearing the jersey of your team feels so good. it’s like seeing family except you have no idea who they are but you still love them.

wearing my teams merch in public gives me such pride like
look at my shirt
this is my team
I love my team
go team

Is Bug’s Life really a kids movie though because this shit is terrifying

What makes you a ‘real’ baseball fan? It is when you experience the heartache of losing a favorite player to injury. It is when you watch another season of your team missing the playoffs, and still holding out hope for the following year. It is when you dream of being at the ballpark. It is when you feel as though you are on the field with the players, making diving catches and throwing strikes. But most importantly, it is when the game becomes a part of who you are and what defines you.
